Advanced Diploman in Risk and Crisis Management

The New Intake will commence in Jan 2020, and will jointly organised the course with the Hong Kong Management Association.  Students need to complete three modules, submit individual and/or group projects, and sit for final examination. On completion of the course sucessfully, graduates can apply for professional designation as CRP - "Certified Risk Professional.    

Professional Certificate Course on Risk and Crisis Management

Since 2008, The Institute of Crisis and Risk Management will organise the course with the Hong Kong Management Association.  Working with the leading experienced experts, our Institute can provide efficient practical applications and realistic training, specifically customised to the participant's needs. Advanced Diploma in Negotiation

The widely recognised Program on Negotiation is jointly organised by HKMA and our Institute in 2016, and dedicated to developing the theory and best practices of negotiation and alternate dispute resolution in a range of public and private settings. The program provides all the skills required to engage or support those in the organisation during the negotiations in any given circumstances. Keep your planned career moving forward by capitalizing on the distinct advantages of negotiation in business. Most importantly, an exercise in self awareness, behavioural change and profit maximisation. Graduates may apply the profession designation of :Certified Professional Negotiator" from the Institute.  For MBA graduates from any universities in Hong Kong, they can apply the exemption if they can produce the transcript with good results on the related subjects of negotiation.

For the professional certification as mediator and conflict manager, graduates from ADM, is asked to create an academic thesis of 20-30 pages and not to go through the complete course material.
